Dual eye positions lights and LED headlight

This MT-03 was born in the Dark Side of Japan and that's reflected in its twin-eye position lights that emphasize its dark and aggressive big-bike looks. And for excellent night-time visibility, there's a powerful centrally mounted LED headlight that burns a hole through the darkness to light up the road.

Dynamic mass-forward body design

Yamaha's Hyper Naked machines are instantly recognisable thanks to their athletic stance and muscular naked bodywork. The MT-03 features a sculpted fuel tank cover to fit snugly with the rider, while the lightweight air scoops and a newly designed tail unit enhance the look and mass-forward body design of this A2-ready MT.

With its compact bodywork and low 780mm seat height, the MT-03 puts you 'in the bike' and offers an agile and thrilling ride in the city or out on the twisties. With a wide upper section and sculpted knee area, the fuel tank cover and high-mounted bars give an agile and ergonomic riding position.

To match this Hyper Naked's radical looks, the MT-03 features a stylish LCD meter that provides easy-to-absorb information. The latest model also comes with smartphone connectivity via the MyRide app, so you can be notified about incoming calls and messages.

37mm upside-down front forks

Every Hyper Naked offers incredible levels of handling to master the thrilling amounts of torque on tap, and the MT-03 features a serious 'big-bike' specification including upside-down front forks. Equipped with 37mm tubes and a cast aluminium upper triple clamp, the front end reinforces the bike's high specification to deliver a confident and smooth ride.

Long swingarm with optimal shock settings

The MT-03 is equipped with a 573 mm long asymmetrical swingarm that gives a stable ride during braking, cornering and acceleration – and for an even better quality ride the rear shock features optimal pre-load and damping settings.
